    SafeBoda adds new price options on its boda service

    SafeBoda has introduced a new feature on its app that allows customers choose between price tiers when ordering for a boda ride. This latest addition, the company says, aims to offer customers a superior transportation experience while providing SafeBoda drivers with better earning opportunities.

    The new options introduced on the SafeBoda app are Plus and Saver.

    With the SafeBoda Plus ride option, customers can enjoy a range of benefits designed to elevate their journey:

    1. Enhanced Safety: The Plus option includes an insurance cover provided by Liberty General Insurance Ltd, offering added peace of mind in case of accidents.
    2. Experienced Riders: Customers can expect top-quality service from experienced riders who prioritize safety and customer satisfaction.
    3. Clean and Neat bikes: Plus rides ensure clean and well-maintained bikes, equipped with passenger helmets and hair nets for hygiene.
    4. Advanced Navigation: Plus riders are skilled in GPS navigation, ensuring efficient and accurate routes for a seamless travel experience.
    5. Emphasis on Road Safety: SafeBoda’s Plus riders implement the best road safety tactics, prioritizing the well-being of both passengers and other road users.

    In addition to the Plus ride option, SafeBoda is launching the Saver ride option, providing customers with a more budget-friendly choice. Despite the difference in naming, SafeBoda says both ride options maintain its commitment to delivering high-quality service rooted in their core values.

    SafeBoda’s commitment to safety and security was acknowledged by Kampala Metropolitan Commander Stephen Tanui, who praised SafeBoda’s efforts in ensuring compliance with traffic and road usage regulations. He expressed support for companies like SafeBoda that prioritize community safety.

    Raphael Bisaso, Head of Sales, Marketing & Distribution from Liberty General Insurance Ltd, commended SafeBoda’s innovative approach and expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. He highlighted the role of insurance in protecting passengers and looked forward to collaborating with SafeBoda in their journey to provide enhanced passenger safety.

    Ezra, a renowned SafeBoda rider, shared his excitement about the launch of the Plus option. He encouraged customers to try out the new service, emphasizing that it not only provides an elevated experience but also contributes to improving the livelihoods of riders.

    The two options are available on the latest versions of the SafeBoda app on iOS and Android.
